A power-driven household appliance for washing dishes, glasses, flatware, cooking utensils, and the like. GARBAGE DISPOSAL MACHINE,COMMERCIAL

GARBAGE DISPOSAL MACHINE,HOUSEHOLD

A device consisting of a capped mixing chamber with a built-in chopping and mixing agitator. The agitator is designed to be driven at approximately 10,000 to 20,000 revolutions per minute. The device is driven by a motor located in the base.

MEAT TENDERIZER,ELECTRIC

A power-operated machine which tenderizes boneless meat by a cutting action, at the same time knitting it firmly togeter in one piece.

VEGETABLE CUTTING AND SLICING MACHINE

An inclosure containing a series of shallow drawers into which pieces of dough are placed for short proofing prior to molding into loaves.

A unit consisting of an open frame housing upper and lower slotted tray guides to support mess trays in a vertical position. It may or may not be mounted on casters.

A unit consisting of a MIXER, LIQUID, REVOLVING SHAFT permanently attached to a covered cylindrical tank. It may or may not have a draw-off faucet. RECONSTITUTOR,MILK

A self-contained unit incorporating a homogenizer, pasteurizing tank(s), and a refrigerating unit, designed to recombine powdered milk, sweet butter and water, into their natural state of either milk or cream. It homogenizes and pasteurizes milk. See also MIXING OUTFIT, DRY WHOLE MILK.

RINSER-STERILIZER,CAN

A pedestal like unit having a flat bowl-like top on which is placed inverted metal containers to be rinsed and sterilized. The valve controlling the application of cold water, warm water, and steam are actuated by separate foot pedals.

CABINET,DELIVERY AND STORAGE,PASTRY

A metal or wooden inclosure designed with narrow slide supports on the side walls to hold sheet pans or the like in position during delivery and/or storage of pastry items. It has louvers or other means of ventilation. See also CABINET, STORAGE; CABINET, DOUGH PROOFING; and DOUGH PROOFING BOX.

A cluster of bristles (hair, nylon or wire) mounted in a hub, hand or power-operated, used in cleaning and finishing the inside of hollow ware, such as goblets, pitchers, cups and the like. Excludes BRUSH, WIRE (as modified).

DISPENSER,TABLEWARE,AUTOMATIC

An item which contains one or more storage and dispensing units for tableware such as plates, bowls, cups, glasses and/or mess trays. Each unit is designed to hold a stack of the tableware, and when the top piece of tableware is removed from the stack, another one automatically moves up to the dispensing position. A hand or electric item consisting of a container with a pivot on which a basket turns, driven by a cover with a drive mechanism. It is used to dry leaves of washed salad by a quick rotating movement.

An item used for grinding of coffee beans. It has a wood or metal base which contains a removable drawer. The drawer is for collecting the milling/ground coffee. It is designed with a handle that when rotated moves the grinding disk. It is equipped with a two-part cup, designed for filling. It may be detachable or fixed on a piece of furniture.

A parallelepied item, mounted on four wheels, two of them are revolving, with one or more movable baskets and an opening to empty out. It is generally used in an industrial cooking unit for the preparation of vegetables.

A device which utilizes a series of rollers projecting from the circumference of a rotating disc (rotor) as a means of transferring a fluid from one place to another. Rotation of the disc causes the rollers to press in turn on a flexible tube.
